Me and My Crazy Thoughts

I think too often we overlook and underestimate the power a smile, a kind word, a listening ear or an honest compliment can do to brighten someones day.  This works for people you may be very close to or even strangers you see in passing.  The smallest act of kindness can make the biggest impact sometimes.  I know we all live busy hectic lives but remember this as you go about your day, whether you realize it or not, you have the power to make people feel good with the simplest of gestures.
